Can I light a candle anonymously?

Yes. You can enter initials, a symbolic name, or a prayer request. The most important part is the intention in your heart.

What if my candle doesn't appear after payment?

Processing typically takes a minute or two. If your candle has not appeared after 5 minutes, please reach out via our contact form, and we will activate it for you.

Is it compatible with mobile phones?
