Each spot on the candle stands is a space for your candle. Choose “Light a Candle” above or click directly within the 3D sanctuary to open the offering form: enter a name, choose how long it burns, and complete your offering.
Once confirmed (usually within 1–2 minutes), your candle becomes visible to everyone in the chapel. Hover a flame and its name and prayer request appear — a shared space of remembrance anyone can reach, from anywhere in the world.
How to light a candle

Can I light a candle anonymously?
Yes. You can enter initials, a symbolic name, or a prayer request. The most important part is the intention in your heart.

How long does a virtual candle burn?
You choose 12, 24, or 48 hours. One hour before it goes out, the candle enters a dimming state. After it fades, the candle base remains in the chapel for another 12 hours as a quiet remembrance.

Yes. After one candle you can light another — each occupies its own space on the candle stands.

What if my candle doesn't appear after payment?
Processing typically takes 1–2 minutes. If your candle has not appeared after 5 minutes, please reach out via our contact form, and we will activate it for you.
